Returns & Exchanges

At Airavata, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and exchange policy before submitting a request.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, including the hygiene liner.

  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items must retain their original scent and appearance.

For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on swimwear over underwear while keeping the hygiene liner intact.

Items returned without the hygiene liner or with signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or fit are available within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability.

If the requested size is available, we will process an exchange for the same item in the requested size.

If the requested item or size is no longer available, customers may choose between:

  • Store credit for the value of the returned item, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

If your order includes a two-piece set, you may return only the piece that requires a size adjustment, provided it meets the return conditions listed above.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased with a discount, promotion, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

These items are offered as final sale due to promotional pricing or limited availability.

Custom-Made Pieces

Certain Airavata pieces are offered as custom-made or made-to-order garments.

These pieces are crafted specifically for each customer and may involve personalized sizing, design adjustments, or artisanal production processes.

Because custom-made garments are created exclusively upon request and involve dedicated craftsmanship, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each custom piece reflects the unique nature of the work behind it, and slight variations may occur as part of the artisanal process.

Custom-made items may only be eligible for replacement in the case of manufacturing defects or production errors.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to Airavata.

Airavata is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking information until the return is completed.

Return requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
